Ltd. and / or the Channel has the right to use the Activity, exclusively, in any and all media, now or hereafter known, for the purpose of, in connection with and for inclusion of the same in or outside of the Program for any other purpose. and/or disclose a fact and/or make a statement on the website at the URL www.lifeok.com/sachkasaamna (''Activity'') in connection with the program ''Sach ka Samna Bhrashtachar Ke Khilaf'' (hereinafter referred to as the ''Program'') on the Life Ok television channel (''Channel''), and STAR INDIA Pvt. Ltd. and / or the Channel has the right to use the Activity, exclusively, in any and all media, now or hereafter known, for the purpose of, in connection with and for inclusion of the same in or outside of the Program for any other purpose.
I hereby confirm that I shall at all times be truthful and shall not make any false, derogatory or any defamatory statements against any third party. Views expressed in the Activity are solely mine and the Channel and Star India Private Limited shall not be responsible for the same in any manner whatsoever.
I acknowledge, agree and accept that no information arising out of or related to my Activity, shall constitute or be deemed as confidential information and I hereby expressly authorize the disclosure of all such information through broadcast, telecast, print, internet or any other media, technology in existence or that may be later known or devised, as the Channel and Star India Private Limited may deem fit and I expressly consent to the incorporation of the Activity for exploitation in any manner as deemed fit by the Channel and Star India Private Limited.
I further represent and confirm at the time of execution of this understanding that I do not suffer from any physical or psychological or emotional disorder/ complaints that will obstruct/render me incapable of understanding the statements/views being expressed by me.
I further consent that my name and identity may be revealed during the course of exploitation of my Activity, by descriptive text or commentary or otherwise. Further, I consent and waive any rights, claims, or interest to my name, likeness and private life being included in the subject matter of my Activity and any related publicity, advertising, magazine material and/or any media whatsoever.
I do hereby release in favor of and assign to the Channel and Star India Private Limited, all my rights including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, copyrights and all other allied, ancillary and subsidiary rights in any and all media, all formats, etc in and to my Activity thereof, on any and all media, now or hereafter known, for World and in perpetuity.
I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration paid to me for my Activity, either for initial or subsequent transmission of the Activity with my Activity incorporated therein. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the exploitation my Activity.
I hereby waive any and all rights of privacy, publicity, defamation, breach of any statutory or other duty of care or any other rights of similar nature in connection with the use by the Star India Private Limited of me or my Activity. Star India shall further have right to store and disclose any information to any authority as may be required under
I also understand that Channel and Star India Private Limited are not responsible for any expense or liability incurred as a result of my Activity.
I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Channel and Star India Private Limited including but not limited to its directors, employees, agents etc. from exploiting, telecasting, transmitting, publishing, distributing the Activity in whole or in part, in any and all media, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the Activity and exploitation thereof.
I agree that my personal information including sensitive personal information, if any, provided me to Star India Private Limited or collected by Star India Private Limited for or in relation to the Activity will be used, stored, processed and disclosed by Star India Private Limited in terms of the Privacy Policy on the URLwww.lifeok.com/ sachkasaamna and as permitted under any applicable laws.
Any disputes arising out of this Release shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
I represent and undertake that I am at least 18 years of age, have read and understand the foregoing statement, and am competent to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
